By accessing or using the Kwinch application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kwinch provides a platform that connects customers in need of towing or roadside assistance with independent service providers (drivers). Kwinch does not provide towing services itself and is not a towing company.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the Kwinch app agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing at the specified pickup location.
• Pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered by the driver.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Cancellations and Fees

Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee. Fees for services are determined by the app based on distance, vehicle type, and specific service requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kwinch is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our platform or the services provided by independent drivers. Drivers are responsible for their own insurance and the safe transport of vehicles.

6. Modifications to Terms

Kwinch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
